Shipping Policy
We make every effort to process orders promptly Please remember we ship from the bottom of the South Island - Once the parcel leaves us we have no control over how fast its progress is
Our Shipping charge is $7.00 nationwide There is no rural delivery surcharge
You can add as many items to the cart as you like for this rate - No split deliveries
How long will delivery take?
Our courier service is an economy service, (Not overnight) we advise 2-3 days for South Island and potentially 4-5 days for upper North Island. These are delivery targets only
Couriers deliveries are tracked - an auto generated track email will be sent to you at time of dispatch
Rural delivery can be expected to be at the upper end of the scale depending on delivery address.
Please be aware that our deliveries are non signature. By placing an order you are granting our couriers an authority to leave. Neither Puzzlesnz nor our courier will be responsible for parcels once delivery has been made and when an authority to leave has been provided. This includes replacement of or refunds for parcels tampered with, lost or stolen following delivery.
If you have a special or safe place to leave delivered parcels please advise us - We will make sure it is noted on the parcel
Returns Policy
I've changed my mind about a product I've purchased can I return it?
Yes. We will accept a return if it has a valid receipt and is brand new and unused condition in its original packaging . You can send it back to us for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. But please contact us first before returning.
It is your responsibility to pay freight costs to return the item plus any costs involved to resend a new one. Also the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels on their way back to us, Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that is traceable and insures you for the value of the goods. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
I've received a damaged or faulty product. What now?
Please contact us . If we cannot easily resolve the problem we can arrange a return, exchange or refund. In this instance where product is either faulty or damaged, costs to return the product are paid by us.
My Parcel hasn't arrived. What should I do?
It doesn't happen often but occasionally a parcel goes astray. Contact us if you feel it is taking too long and we will begin a search with our delivery agent We are committed to ensuring a safe and pleasant buying experience, this includes when things don't go quite as planned!

As well as credit & debit cards we also have Afterpay as a payment option for you to choose during the checkout process.
Afterpay lets you receive your online purchase now spreading the cost over over 4 instalments Interest Free.
You only pay the normal price of your purchase. There is no interest charged or extra costs applied.
Simply select Pay by Afterpay Through Stripe at checkout.
Puzzlesnz does not have access to, nor store your financial information.
Can I deposit payment into your Bank Account? Yes. Select this option at checkout. You will be provided with our bank account details during the checkout process.
Your prompt payment is appreciated. If we can't identify payment after 48hrs the order will be cancelled
