Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort to process orders promptly Please remember we ship from the bottom of the South Island - Once the parcel leaves us we have no control over how fast its progress is
What are the shipping charges
FREE DELIVERY When you spend over $150.00
Our Shipping charge is a flat rate of $7.00 nationwide. This is for tracked non signature courier delivery.
You can add as many items to the cart as you like for this rate
We make every effort to process orders promptly, usually within 24hrs weekdays
Where is stock held
We hold all products listed in our store at our Southland NZ warehouse. Your order will be supplied and shipped from there.
How long will delivery take
Our courier service is an economy service, (Not overnight) we advise 2-3 days for South Island and potentially 4-5 days for upper North Island. These are delivery targets only
Couriers deliveries are tracked - an auto generated track email will be sent to you at time of dispatch
Rural delivery can be expected to be at the upper end of the scale and potentially a few more days depending on delivery address.
Please be aware that our deliveries are non signature. By placing an order you are granting our couriers an authority to leave. Neither Puzzlesnz nor our courier will be responsible for parcels once delivery has been made and when an authority to leave has been provided. This includes replacement of or refunds for parcels tampered with, lost or stolen following delivery.
If you have a special or safe place to leave delivered parcels please advise us - We will make sure it is noted on the parcelter your content...
My parcel hasn't arrived
It doesn't happen often but occasionally a parcel goes astray. Contact us if you feel it is taking too long and we will begin a search with our delivery agent We are committed to ensuring a safe and pleasant buying experience, this includes when things don't go quite as planned!
Returns Policy
Change of mind
Yes. We will accept a return if it has a valid receipt and is brand new and unused condition in its original packaging . You can send it back to us for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. But please contact us first before returning.
It is your responsibility to pay freight costs to return the item plus any costs involved to resend a new one. Also the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels on their way back to us, Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that is traceable and insures you for the value of the goods.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Damaged or faulty items
Please contact us . If we cannot easily resolve the problem we can arrange a return, exchange or refund. In this instance where product is either faulty or damaged, costs to return the product are paid by us.

Can I deposit payment into your Bank Account? Yes. Select this option at checkout. You will be provided with our bank account details during the checkout process.
Your prompt payment is appreciated. If we can't identify payment after 48hrs the order will be cancelled
Are my financial details secure
We do not hold or store any of your financial details. Nor do we have access to these details on the Stripe or PayPal Payment Gateways beyond what is necessary to fulfil your order.

All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.
Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.
We only deliver to a New Zealand address. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary we in your online shopping basket.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.
Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.
